11-12 Year Old Youth Boys Rules and Regulations
The referee is in charge of all games.
Regular rules of basketball apply except for the following:

| Clock | Four 10-Minute Quarters (Continuous except for last 2 minutes of 4th quarter and mandatory substitutions) |
| Free Throws | 15' |
| Halftime | 3 Minutes |
| Pressing | Yes, unless 15 pt lead |
| Defensive pick-up | Anywhere |
| Overtime | Center Jump, 2 Minutes (Stopping) , then Sudden Death |
| Possession | Jump Ball |
| Time-Outs | 2 per half, no carry over, 1 for each OT |
| Lane violation | 3 seconds |
| Fouls | Possession on sideline - Bonus on 7th Foul |
