Please drop your jerseys off at PRUMC Recreation Department in the jersey drop box. The jersey drop box will be located right when you walk in the Recreation Department. It will be labeled with my name and jersey lettering on the top of the box. Please note there are two drop boxes located at PRUMC so make sure that you put it in the correct box. You may also drop your jerseys off at my house which is located at 3632 Cantrell Road in the Buckhead/Brookhaven area. I have a drop box in the front of the house. Please email me the form or put it in the bag with your jerseys. You may pay by check when you drop off or pick up your order. I can usually turn the jerseys around in a day. Ten percent of all sales will be donated back to Peachtree Road Sports and Recreation.
